Holders Shelbourne will kick things off with a home game at Tolka Park from 14:00 followed by Bohemians hosting Sligo Rovers in Dalymount Park at 15:00.
The attention then switches to Athlone Town Stadium where Athlone Town come up against Peamount United at 19:00.
On Sunday, September 17, Cork City come up against Shamrock Rovers at 14:00 in Turner's Cross.
All games, which will be live on LOITV, will be settled on the day should extra-time and/or a penalty shoot-out be required.
This year's Final will played on November 19 in Tallaght Stadium and tickets are on sale now via Ticketmaster.
