Ah in fairness, I was only joking and it was still available when I left.
Max Power used to live on the site so it's no wonder they eventually blocked it.
What I used to do was got to.
http://babelfish.altavista.com/
Where it says, "Translate a Web page", type in foot.ie
Select from and to languages as Chinese-simp to English.

You should then be able to read the forums.
You wont be able to log in or post.
