After finally getting that first-ever win at Lissywollen on Friday, three home fixtures out of the next four matches offer Kerry an excellent opportunity to put some more points on the board before the brief mid-season hiatus in June. Billy Dennehy has the welcome luxury of not wanting to make changes to a winning line-up, with Ryan Kelliher one of the most in-form strikers in the division, and thankfully, the glut of injuries that arose at the beginning of the season finally appear to be over. That said, Bray have their eyes firmly set on third place, following up a draw away to Wexford with victory over Finn Harps, and of course, no reminders will be required about the threat posed by Cole Omorehiomwan from set-pieces, or Dean Massey from open play, so a share of the spoils seems the most realistic target to consolidate last week's momentum.

In Kelliher and Gaxha, Kerry have a great threat. McGrath is the most experienced player delivering of late. A team can be successful in the First Division by being strong at both defending and attacking set plays. Kerry need to strengthen the defence and get right shape defensively for clean sheets but also creating chances for the dangerous attacking players. There should be a confidence now that we can score goals. A strong defensive unit now is important. Banking on opportunities then to cause damage with Kelliher and Gaxha being a real threat for opponents.

Interesting listening to Billy on Between the Stripes this week, suggesting Spillane wouldn't be the last senior player to leave - you'd suspect the Guthries, for example, may well both have played their last games.

Barring injuries, the starting XI for tonight picks for itself. The second half against Longford and the Athlone game have set the standard.

And predictably, an unchanged line-up tonight.

Same starting XI as last week. Only change in the squad is Callan Scully coming back into the matchday squad as sub keeper.
