Saw him play many times for Wednesday. Alas he didn't make the grade in the 1st Division and was exposed at full back on more than one occasion. The insults some fans used to throw at him made me blanche :(
Fans are an unforgiving lot. For Ireland a season or so ago Kilbane used to get terrible stick from some. Now it's been transferred to O'Shea.

To be fair, Kilbane's performances on the left wing deserved it, especially as Duff was moved out of position to accomodate him. O'Shea's performances haven't been great either, but if he improves as much as Kilbane has (maybe with a positional change) then the stick will disappear

I thought Killer did ok on the left wing and put in some sterling performances. Every team usually has a player the crowd likes to give stick to. I thought the stick Kilbane used to get was undeserved as he never put in less than 100% (the only reason you should boo someone).
