The game was played at the Stara Pazova complex in Belgrade with Megan Smyth-Lynch leading the team as Interim Head Coach.
A hat-trick from Shelbourne's Rebecca Devereux was complimented by goals from Hannah O'Brien, Lauryn McCabe, Freya Healy, Katie Lawlee and Sorcha Melia in a dominant display.
Ireland had scored six of their eight goals before the first half ended as their attacking style was rewarded. O'Brien got things started on six minutes when she stole the ball from the last defender, raced past the goalkeeper and slotted into the back of the net.
Devereux then netted three in a row. The first came from the penalty spot before she scored two more after cutting inside from the left flank to connect with through passes and finish cooly.
McCabe was next up to fire in after Hungary failed to clear the danger from their penalty area and the Shamrock Rovers youngster was afforded time to rifle in a left-footed effort.
A converted penalty from captain Healy, a close-range header from Lawlee and a wonder goal from distance from Melia capped off a fine performance.
