The CCFC official forum doesn't censor anything usually so this eircom league request/threat must have been very senior!
IMO the league needs to deal with the Tolka incidents immeadiately. Having an investigation that takes weeks is not sufficient & will onky mean there ongoing chatter amoung eL fans!

Exactly ..... if they resolve this one ... we might have a bit of faith !!
no matter how many posts go missing ..... we'll all still await the resolution ..... and just and fair resolution should be paramount at this stage ..... they do realise this right ???!?!

To be honest, if that is the case, then it reflects a lot more badly on the league, than it does on Ollie.

will now actually stick up for shels here - it must have been received by the league first - if you look at the top it appears to have come from a fax from the eircom league and the fax number is also there. perhaps its normal procedure to fax clubs a copy of the incident report once it has arrived

The report shouldn't be in the public domain in the 1st place! If it turns out the whole thing is sub judice having a potential key piece of evidence in circulation could be viewed as being prejudicial.
I would have thought a former public representative well used to the rule of law would have realised this?

Fintan Cassidy used to be a councillor. I assume that's what he's talking about.

I thinks hes talking about Fintan Cassidy - the bloke who posted the report.
He was elected to Dublin City Council a few years ago, as an independent.

I was thinking exactly the same thing - isn't that report a Confidential Document?
Something that should NOT be given to all and sundry?
You never see any Premiership Assessor reports being posted on the Arsenal, Chelsea or Manchester United forums?
Seems to me that Shelbourne are acting in an unprofessional manner here - maybe an attempt at getting said report ruled null and void (as highlighted above in the prejudicial posting) if it ever went any further...
