Longford friendly shop in Lucan....

Hi people, ok this is off topic I know but some of you or especially some of the females out there might be interested in the fact that a new Gift Shop called Precious Presents has opened in Lucan. (Chapel hill, opposite st Marysboys school).

ALL LTFC fans will recieve a 10% Discount on any purchases they make in the store. So you might let any friends or relatives know.

If we get things going well enough perhaps we can talk to Longfordian about a sponsorship gig next year, so want to get as much passing trade or locals with roots through the door to justify it.

How do you get them to prove they're a town fan? I think a good way might be to get them to sing "Strokestown Road...take me home...". Actually on second thoughts that might just scare away any other prospective customers.

yeah, but for the moment anyway its all about getting bods through the door so they know the shop is there and get used to saving themselves the hassle of going to liffey valley!! So right now if you walk in and up to the counter and say Hi Im a big Longford Town Fan can I have 10% off, you'll get the discount!! Considering there are other shops sponsoring Bohs in the village, I dont expect a headlong rush of LTFC fans, but if there is it would be quite welcome! :cool:
