O'Callaghan signs new deal


Cork City received a massive boost yesterday when influential midfielder George O'Callaghan finally put pen to paper on a contract extension.
There had been doubts about his future earlier in the year but they were allayed when he agreed to a new deal keeping at the club until 2007. However, he had delayed on signing and only finalised the deal this week.

i think fair play boy was right when he said George needs a rest. And he gets it now till the Derry match. People go way over the top with their criticism of him.
