Yeah loads Tilly,

Southend have signed a load of players, mostly yound lads from Ferrybank. Ferrybank are looking ok 2, signed Brian Mallon. Bohs, under new boss Clem Fanning look to have improved. They've signed Gavin Phelan, and a couple of Crystal first division players.

Crystal have signed Joe Watson from Hibs. Hibs have gotten a load of Johnville players as wel. Johnville look to be struggling big time! Heard Carrick lost their goalkeeper to Clonmel Town but it mite be bull.

Its between Carrick, Crystal, Tramore and Southend.

Mid-table safety for Hibs, Dungarvan, Ferrybank

Relegation battle for Johnville, Bohs and (I know ya hate to hear it) Villa

Crystal defeated Tramore on Saturday afternoon in a classic encounter. Tramore took the lead through Robbie Phelan in the first half but goals from Robbie Butler and a last minute winner from Martin Tynan ensured Crystal took all three points.

Carrick took maximum points on Sunday against Ferrybank thanks to strikes from Barry Murphy and Thomas Fitzgerald. This sees them regain pole position.

Southend slipped up against a rejuvenated Johnville side, in St. Martins Park on Sunday morning, as the game ended scoreless, denting Southends title hopes. Johnville meanwhile have taken 4 points from their last six games and lie just one point adrift at the bottom behind Hibs and Ferrybank.

At half way stage Carrick are top with 20 points and look the team to beat, Tramore are second on 19 while Crystal are third on 17.

i think its between crystal and tramore are their closest threats
southend have to many games played to do anything.
if im not mistaken carrick still have to play both.so a
loss for carrick in both games would open it up.

Unfortunatley my friend you rely on the daily star too much for your information, i know the man personally and he was misquoted. He said none of what was written on the front page of the target.
