I think mobile posts are duplicating Adam?

Keep getting a message that I can't post for 30 seconds when I post from mobile, but the post is there

Also might be an issue with apostrophes and fadas

Also, the New Posts page doesn't update when you refresh

I'm getting error messages now:

The quote function doesn't seem to be working. It opens a new message window, but without the quoted message.

You can also see that the Go Advanced window isn't formatting correctly here: https://imgur.com/a/KzU6CXE The text entry and emojis are overflowing the "Your message" box.

Edit button is just hanging too. A waiting wheel is showing for me.

Firefox on windows 10, if relevant.

Noticed that accented characters are not appearing correctly, e.g. ole ole's username is now displayed as Olé-Olé

I can't get the mobile site to appear on my phone (Android, Chrome) at all, no matter the option it appears as desktop.

Ok the errors should be gone now anyway.

was seeing them when I opened a link to a thread in the search results, and it's working again now

I keep seeing repeating spam posting from some Argentinian journalist with suspiciously Irish slang, if that's of any help?

For the last while I'm seeing apostrophes as question marks in random peoples posts.

Are these in older posts or current? I think some the older posts didn't import correct because of a difference in table character compatibility, but new post seem to be going in ok.

It seems to be a mix - here's a post from right now (https://foot.ie/threads/278646-RTE-Mn-wesome-Pauw-dedicates-victory-to-women-of-Ireland) where the fada hasn't worked (Mn?wesome), but apostrophes seem to be largely ok now I think.

Here's a post today (https://foot.ie/threads/266750-2023-FIFA-Women-s-World-Cup?p=2127049&viewfull=1#post2127049) with issues with apostrophes, but the very next post is fine.

So I don't know is it based on input (mobile/laptop)?

Ok, thanks lads, I'll work on it over the next few days, try to figure everything out.

I think the charset problem with apostrophes replaced by ??? question marks is resolved now.
