I don't see Cork City or Vendra Investments in the list (http://breaking.examiner.ie/archives/story.asp?j=36466360&p=36467y75&n=36467246&archive=29/03/2002).

I'd suspect if you don't apply you won't get any money.

Are these the capital grants that you need to raise at least 30% of the money for your project yourself?

We've consistantly been getting grants for the last few years anyway so I wouldnt be too concerned. Its not like there could be much more done to the Cross anyway besides cover the St Anne's end.

Is just typical isn't it...

It seems that everyone got something.

Cork got 7 1/4 million .... Waterford are the closest to us with 3 1/2, that is fair enough i think, i know Cork is the biggest county but you have to admit that it is good, what will Dublin get though.

Kildare €4,870,000 (€36.08 ph);

I remember Kildare got a lot per person last year too. Course it wouldn't have anything to do with the Finance Minister being from there now would it.

:(

btw looks like Offaly got royally screwed too.

I seem to remember something a while back about them renovating their facilities for competitions in Inishannon or somewhere.

As long as they raise 30% or more of the cost of a project & apply correctly for theres no reason the rowers shouldn't get grants.
