Flight to Derry

Hi all.

I am trying to get a flight up to the Derry game on the 19/20th of August. It is down for the friday but hopfully it will be switched to the saturday.

I can get the flights for the saturday but not the Friday.

I know that if we do get into the second round of the uefa cup that will put a stran on us to fork out money for both trips. I am talking to an airline about this so I will let you now more as when I have the date for this match

The reason that we couldn't play on a Friday night was that there was greyhound racing in the Brandywell- however at the start of the season a deal was brokered to swap the dogs to the Thursday and let us have the Friday

Attendances are up(albeit with improved performance) and I can't see any reason that the club would even consider shifting it to th Saturday night, would probably rankle with a lot of the club members who voted for Fridays

That I dont no? The Airline that I am talking to can't do it for the friday but can do it the saturday. I will ask again for the friday when I am talikng to the person that I am deling with.

As for derry not moving it well that is fair anough. A well I will have to do a bus for this one and stay over night. :)
