I'll take a pure guess in Steve Bull. Though I don't think he scored for England and I know he never played in the top division while it was called the EPL. I do think he has scored in all divisions though.

Actually I was just the club you support Steve the answer is probably any Dubs who have played for Derry and a Dublin club. Northwest derby + multiple dublin derbies, Doolo, Delaney and Hutton spring to mind.
