Maybe you might get someone like Tony Mannion . I know he is pretty bad but he is better than what you had ;) :D :p btw dont get your hopes up on getting someone like Pat Dolan! :D

I don't blame Stephen for stepping down. Things have been pretty bleak all season. The priority for the club in the coming years has to be the new ground so we might have to get used to a few years at the very bottom.

By the way, who needs Fat Dolan when we have the great JIMMY GREENE!

No not the very bottom, Kilkenny have that set up for themselves :D

I don't know, the way things are going.....
Kilkenny beat us the other day at home you know!

Are you confident of promotion for Sligo? Looks like you have a tidy side this year.

Yeah we certainly do have a good side but I do not want to be overly confident because things could change in an instant, hopefully wont though and we'll get out of this terrible league after all these years. Good luck on Saturday, you coming down for the match?

I'll be there in spirit! 7:30 kick off yeah? I'll be in Galway Saturday night and at the connacht final on Sunday in Salthill. Any chance of picking up your local radio station's coverage of the match on saturday night from Galway City?

TBH, I'm not too sure if it can be received in Galway City, you might get it but I'm not 100% on that. It's called Ocean Fm and frequency is 102.5fm just to let you know in case you can. Maybe some "friendly" Galway fans can let us know? ;)

there are a few of us heading up to sligo for the match
a bus is leaving at 2.00, so i think we will be there in plenty of time,

plenty of time to view the scenery, and by that i mean..................
well you all know well what i mean

cant see us getting a result at all, sligo are flying at them moment, fair play to them, we are just not doing the business
last weeks performance against kilkenny was abysmal, with only 2 or 3 players coming out with any credit, they being o'leary, who has been outstanding in goal all season, robbie hamm at right full, only a young lad but looks the business and rushe in the middle

either way we will be there, the "mad as coote's" singing our inibriated hearts out :D

there was a few whispers the we were after mannion, but we have heard since that, that he does not have the right coaching badges, i have no idea if that is true or not

john gill's name was thrown in the hat, i'd say pat dolan is a complete no go, dont think it would be the kind of job he would be interested in
all of this is just speculation at the moment
probably a few weeks before anything is done
