Rules up for debate, one suggestion is as follows: 2 points for predicting correct result, 1 point for each score correct.

So if you predict Ukraine 0-0 North Macedonia, and the final score is 0-0, you get the max of 4 points. If it is 1-1 you get 2 points (you said it would be a draw). If it's 1-0 Ukraine you get 1 point (you said North Macedonia would not score) and if it's 2-1 Ukraine you get 0 points.

I'd also suggest that you can only make prediction for that day's/the following day's games, to stop big walls of predictions.

Anybody interested?

Yeah, why not. The main predictions league here has 1 point for the correct margin as well - so that's 5 points on offer? Doesn't bother me either way.

Bit short notice is the only problem - so will I lash into some predictions?

(Today)
Turkey 0-1 Italy

(Tomorrow)
Wales 1-0 Switzerland
Denmark 2-0 Finland
Belgium 2-0 Russia

My problem with the 'correct margin' is that it only works for wins/losses, not for draws, so I'd prefer to leave it out.

Anyway,

Today:
Turkey 1-2 italy

Tomorrow:
Wales 2-1 Switzerland
Denmark 1-0 Finland
Belgium 3-1 Russia

If anybody wants to get involved, we can just disregard the first few days and start afresh, I'm sure Stu has no problem with that.

I wonder is it worth moving it to the Ireland forum?

I know it's not Ireland-specific, but unfortunately it seems the subforums get little traffic...
