Now that the GAA have finally agreed to run their games, Hurling & Football Championships running from May to August while the Club Championship between September and December, is this a chance for all organised Association Football around the country to move to a summer schedule from March through to October. The usual excuses of clubs clashing and players playing both codes is not a game breaker now with the GAA's move.
I wonder if the FAI and all its associated bodies are ready to look at this option now!
