... in today's Star.

Any thoughts?

I can't see him going to be honest. Waterford seem to be in crisis to be honest so I doubt they could afford to buy out his contract even if he wanted to go. I don't think it would be all that appealing to him as things stand. We're on the up alright and Waterford look pretty uncertain right now.

Can't see it coming off myself (even if NOC did jump ship once before! ;))

Can't see how it could be true, NOC would be better of stayng put, 'cos if last night's game with Ramblers is anything to go by, Waterford could be dropping down a division.
Waterford better hope that it's Dolan (and Wallace's dosh) otherwise they would be my tip to be dragged into the mire.

I'd be surprised to Noel O'Connor move again. I got the impression he left city as was living/working in Limerick.

Well nothing is impossible in football. I would surmise however that paper is not refusing ink in The Star offices these days and that the more likely scenario is Dolan for Waterford. O'Connor stays for Limerick

Unless Dolan is bringing buckets of dosh with him, then he won't be going there either, as 99% of their problems are financial. They will need to budget, and be spendthrift when it comes to appointing someone, probably not too high profile.

I have also heard thru the 'always to be believed' ;) rumour mill that Tommy Lynch and Mike Kerley are both interested in the position.

In fairness Tommy Lynch would be interested in Hyde Rangers U 10 team if there was money in it so its hardly suprising that hes been linked - Might be more truth in the Kerley rumour he definitely would have good experience working with no money and was supposed to be going there as Reynolds assistant last season

Noel O'Connor also refused to rule himself out of the post in today's Star... worrying times indeed... :D

If NOC did go would that include Joe Soap leaving as well to become their new PR manager? :p
We could always bring back Mike Kerley as manager and Kevin Fitzpatrick as his assistant, we would definitely win the league then...I suppose it is true that every cloud has a silver lining ;) :D
