What'd I do?

You've got Garda's goal difference wrong now - I have Excel calculate it, so it wouldn't've been wrong...

Schumi

Didn't touch Garda's. You had our goal difference as 3 though.

Doh! :o

I know what I did - I copied the table from Excel and updated it for us v. Garda after getting the result from Maccer...hence why ours and Garda's GD was wrong...

Without wishing to needlessly bring this back on topic, could you update the UCD website with the latest table (and fixtures if you have them)?

pineapple stu

No can do - I actually can't update tables; it's BeamSystems who do that. That's actually why I'm putting the stuff up here. Best I can do is enter our own results (which doesn't update the table) and put up news articles.

Like this one - we're playing Shamrock Rovers tonight in the AUL; 7:00 kick off.

That's a straight knock-out, so we're through to the next round. Belgrove beat us at that stage on penalties last year.

Some results from the weekend -

Garda 4-3 Rovers
Mullingar 0-4 Bray

There seems to be a real gulf in class between our 2 respective sides, (maybe pats and rovers) and the rest of the South Leinster League. It should be quite interesting again this season.

Cool! Who scored? Or rather, who didn't?! :p
I missed the first 4 goals, they were all in the first 15 minutes. Anto Murphy got the 5th and I think the 7th (not 100% sure, there were 3 guys lined up to finish it!) and Jimmy something (number 7) got the 6th. Trinity had no width to their defence, every attack down the wings led to a shot on the keeper most of which were wasted though. It could easily have been double figures if we'd taken even a reasonable number of the chances we created. :D

pineapple stu
12/07/2005, 12:41 PM
Conan Byrne (new signing) got three, Anto Murphy got two, John Brophy got one and Jimmy Hussey got one.

Against Garda, Conan Byrne got two (five goals in five days! :) ) and Conor Sammon got one. Have updated our scoring charts accordingly.

Nah both of us will easily qualify again this year, hopefully we can get a kinder draw than the previous to years (away to Cork and Harps)
