See at the toolbar at the top of the posting page, it has B for Bold, I for Italics, etc. well, do you see the very middle symbol? The one that looks like the world with a little white yoke at the bottom, click on that.

If you prefer typing it, type (url=http://www.yoursite.com/yourpage.html)whatever you want call it(/url) but substitute [ for ( and ] for )
