Almost ready to launch my first web creation... Now last step to take: chosing a host.

I thought first -a while ago- to start off with free hosting and then upgrade if needed. Things like port5.com, wehoststuff4free.net and freewebs.com look good (no or barely any ads) but there's always the nasty conditions (eg log-ins/updates every X weeks required or you lose your website) and when no advertisements you always have the risk the company's bankrupt after a short while (as they don't charge webmasters using their service + no incomes from ads)

As it concerns a rather small website that won't require many MB, who knows a good webhost that is affordable for a rather small website ?
Features such as included webmail and domainname are welcome but not necessary (I already have registered a .info domain)

If possible in Ireland or the UK because this would cost me less on phonecalls if I'd need to contact the helpdesk. Though if really good a webhost a bit further away with a fast email-based support is also okay.
