Good to see him coming in anyway. I don't think it necessarily means he's committing to us at this stage but with the rules as they are we have to be proactive with dual eligible underage players and try to pick up as many as we can. As ever, we'll win some and we'll lose some.

Ed McJannett of Luton Town also called up. Never heard of him before now

Anything to Cameron at Derry? Very unusual name.

Must be brothers. Cameron was also a Luton academite
Does anyone know if there is a list of the names or some of the names involved? I presume nothing offices though.
Are there any more notable names?
It’s understandable that we would need a camp to look at players as we have had 3 u17s and u19s to look over due to COVID.

I don't think there's an official list yet, hopefully the FAI will publish one. Just based on a combination of names mentioned online and players who would be the right age for a call up these would be the kinds of players you might expect to see involved:
Cian Coleman (Leeds)
Ben Andreucci (Leeds)
Owen Mason (Mansfield)
Josh Clarke (Bournemouth)
Anselmo Garcia McNulty (Wolfsburg)
Sean Roughan (Lincoln)
Andrew Moran (Brighton)
Evan Ferguson (Brighton)
Olamide Ibrahim (Derby)
Omotayo Adamarolo (Crystal Palace)
Leigh Kavanagh (Brighton)
Sinclair Armstrong (QPR)
Bosun Lawal (Watford)
Josh Okpolokpo (Huddersfield)
Aaron O'Reilly (Aston Villa)
Calum Kavanagh (Middlesbrough)
Ollie O'Neill (Fulham)
Johnny Kenny (Sligo Rovers)
Joshua Ireland (Stoke)

Wolfsburg's director of sport said that there's been no contact for Anselmo Garcia MacNulty, and he will train with the senior team next season, and might go on loan to their associate club, STK St Polten

I think I saw the same spot post that Sam Curtis was on trial at Bayer Leverkusen last week. Exciting stuff and intriguing to see how this might all impact Irish football.

Curtis was yes, He is fresh off his trial at Leverkusen!
It like a kid at a candy shop with all these European trials , every day a new trial comes up that you didn’t expect!
What this show if there was any doubt that European clubs do trial players in Ireland!
