Rotherham manager Paul Warne confirmed Chiedozie Ogbene (23) had cartilage surgery on Monday, after sustaining an injury in training last week; he is unlikely to play again before January. He had started in Rotherham's first three Championship matches this season, having made 25 appearances during their League One promotion campaign in 2019/20.

"Omitted starters": Tetsujin1979 does an excellent job of reporting weekly on starters, scorers, assists, cards, etc. I'll leave the starters to him.

"absolutely tilted towards negativity" Or perhaps realism, in terms of chances of success in 2021/2? At the moment we have 4 regular starters in the Premiership; 2 of them play with Sheffield Utd. Come March I'll be hoping and praying with every other fan of the BIG, but I do feel sorry for Stephen Kenny.
