I was watching the match on telly and there was a close up of Carr and Keane chatting in the stands. It was at a crucial point, we needed a goal basically, and everyone in the pub I was in were biting their nails, angry etc and their was S. Carr laughing on the screen. Did anyone else find this odd ? It was on the Setanta feed.

Honesty no, i was more surprised to see Roy there at all.
Them being there at the game and being seen laughing at one point in the game ... no problem.
Did you see thier reacton when we scored our goals or when O'Brien was sent off ?
NO ... you saw them laughing when the ball was out of play.

Fair enough. I'm just a little wary of the guy. But you're probably right. At least I hope so.

You're little wary of Steve Carr ?
Normally i'd never say this but i wish he was there instead of JOS tonight.
He's guaranteed a place on wednesday .. more because of JOS.

Surely!

Carr on the right, and this wonderful Ian Harte on the left!

But maybe JOS will go on centre, near captain, if the appeal on O'B will be fail.. :p

I think they were probably laughing at Awat.

It was good to see them getting along together, I was always under the impression that they didn't like each other.

I was in the West Lower, right behind the dugout.

On 85 minutes Paddy Kenny was having a laugh with an Irish official. It must have been something really funny 'cos I didn't see or hear anything to laugh about at 9.10pm last night.

about what exactly?? i mean i was p*ssed off (and still am)as were most people there but just because they shared a joke doesnt mean much to be honest. Im sure they were as annoyed as everyone else afterwards.

They show the 2 of them laughing but what if they were up screaming at the ref like everyone else but we didnt see it??

I didnt see them laughing but i was told about it and i really dont no what to make about it. If its 2-2 with a few minutes to go and someone saids something funny to me should i hit and say your not allow saying anything funny at times like this or do i laugh at the joke?????

What would you do?

Wouldn't be questioning commitment there although didn't see it. Impressions like that can be misleading. The camera's might have set it up too. Could have been anything....

Think people have a select memory here.15 mins Before the camera went on roy keane and steve carr laughing it had gone on them and both of them were not happy. In fact roy keane did not look at all impressed!! Although I had to watch it on SKY but id say RTE showed it too!

any time I saw Roy and Carr, they looked on the edge of their seats. Did yeah see Robbie, he was eatin his fingers off on the bench

and we seen the bench when we "missed" another chance, they all had their heads in their hands the same as the rest of us, I dont doubt any of this teams commitment for one minute.
