Dundalk v St. Patrick's Athletic, Richmond Park, 7.45 pm

Bray Wanderers v Shamrock Rovers, Carlisle Grounds, 7.45 pm
Derry City v Mayo League, Brandywell Stadium, 7.45 pm
Dublin City v U.C.D., Belfield Park, 7.45 pm
Monaghan United v Athlone Town, Century Homes Park, 7.45 pm
Sligo Rovers v Finn Harps, The Showgrounds, 7.45 pm

This round is a knock out then a group and then knock out again

It's knock out all the way, it's just that there are four pools to begin with. If you win your first game, then you meet another team from the same pool (but if you lose, you are out of the competition straight away). If you win your second game, then you can meet anyone at all after that.
