Winning Criteria
1. The user with the highest score over their opponent will become the Predictions League Winner for 2019.
2. In the event of a tie, the user with the most maximum scores will win. If scores remain level, total points gathered from all Predictions Cup rounds.
3. If both users do not post any prediction, then the user with the highest total points gathered from all Predictions Cup rounds will win.
