Bray Wanderers' progressive supporters' club will be holding a public meeting on Monday next to get supporters' views on a wide range of issues concerning the club.

Plans for the development of the Carlisle Grounds, summer soccer, fundraising and the 10-team league are just a few of the challenges facing Bray Wanderers in the future. Bray chairman Philip Hannigan and manager Pat Devlin will attend the meeting.

"With the exciting changes that are on the way for Bray Wanderers, we felt that it is a chance to get more people involved in our club," enthused supporters' club secretary Jack O'Neill.

"We have made tremendous progress over the last four years and now we want to keep the momentum going. It is important that supporters of our club know what the future challenges for our club are and how we can step up to them.

"The time is right for us now to have a look at Bray Wanderers - what it can bring to the Bray, North Wicklow and South Dublin area and put in place structures that will enable us to capitalise on the improvements that will take place within the Carlisle Grounds over the coming months.

"It is vital that we hear what the views of our supporters are on our future and how we can work together to achieve our goal," he added.

The meeting will start at 8 o'clock in the Royal Hotel, Bray and all supporters of Bray Wanderers are welcome.
