McCourt eyes Hoops improvement
Shamrock Rovers sensation Pat McCourt insists he is happy with his own level of performance in recent weeks – but that the Hoops’ position in the bottom three of the Premier Division needs to be rectified sooner rather than later.
McCourt fired a stunning hat-trick to inspire Roddy Collins’s side to all three points against Bray Wanderers on Friday night.
Following three excellent goals in the previous games against hometown club Derry City and Drogheda United, McCourt’s treble made him top scorer in the Premier Division.
