That's 10 goals (in all competitions) from our front two - evenly split. That's a pretty good return.
What I like is the variety of the goals, everything from rockets (Behan v Shels) to mazy dribbles (Doyler v Portadown & Bohs) to headers (Behan v Pats & George v Rovers) to toe pokes (Doyler v Pats) and you end up with defences not knowing what to expect.
What's most pleasing, however, is the fact we have some of the lads "having a go" from further out - George (v Rovers) and Roy (v Pats).
We didn't get many of these type of goals last season - mainly in around the box - whereas the likes of Shels were always likely to get a few of these (remember their game at the Cross and the k'nacker center half's goal in the Chumpions League ).
Goals coming from anywhere - sounds good to me...........FFS, we even scored our one and only spotter (v Harps).
