rovers 3 - 1 to cork. the last goal from G'OC was an absolute cracker. ferosious shot just outside the area, went in off the post.. poor payne had no chance, no keeper in the world apart form maybe Given or Czech woulda even come close to saving it. Very big crowd too... too bad about the result :mad:

I must say that the Drogheda v Bohs game was one of the best Eircom League games that I have ever been to, and the Bohs performance was absolutely brilliant. I have never seen Tony Grant play so well, without a doubt his best game for Bohs. And Gareth Farrelly looks like an absolute class act. He is going to be one of the stars of the League.

I made the observation some time ago , to Gypsies fans I know, that any time I have seen highlights of Bohs on TV they are always more effective with Gareth on the field than without him.
