if you want to tidy up the forum index

then perhaps openning up the Premier Division section and the FIrst DIvision Section for posting would eliminate the need for an eircom league forum, and having the specfic club forums laid out at the top would reduce the amount of things that are posted in EL forum that should be in a specific club forum, ad vice versa.

ie similar to the way that Off Topic has music and gaming sub sections.

I thought of that before, but if you look at the Premier League index, you'll see that the actual thread index (it's closed for posting, but it's set up as a forum) is way down the screen. On my rig @ 1280x1024 I can just see it, on anything with a lower res it won't appear at all. If people can't see the thread index, they won't post in there. That's why I set it up the way it is.

isnt there some way in vB to show that forum index smaller? CSS or something?

Alright .... stop talking like that .... and Gav ... that includes you :) .... it is FINE the way it is, if anything, there isn't enough going on in eircom League .... and it should be encouraged more. Will ye people ever stop ..... it doesn't matter a damn how it looks .... its whats inside that counts !! :D
