Ha ha... 51 -1 must be some record!!!!!!

Ringmahon 1 nil up at half time from slack defending. Dale unlucky to go in behind at half time after bombarding ringmahons goal for the last 15 mins of the first half. Keeper made a great save from hargy's header in first 5 minutes. Nice finish from their number 9 after a cross from the right was vollyed home brilliantly after about 10 mins.

Second half, Dale started strongly from the start. Mucky scored a nice goal from outside the box on the 50 minute mark, hargy, bruton and 2 o.g's sealed a deserved 5 - 1 win.

Ken Murphy was superb and ran his socks off, marky sull went off with hamstring trouble after about 30 mins so lets hope its not too serious.

Ringmahon looked ok in first 20 mins but will struggle against stronger teams over 90 mins.

What is it about the MSL website, the results are never put up on it quickly, no goalscorers even though all clubs send them in, no top goal scorer chart, the links constantly bring you to the MSL Premier Table even though all you wanted was the fixtures!! Very frustrating , it needs to be more professional. Anybody agree??

I agree with you on that. It is very frustrating. There does not seem to be any contact information on the website to give them our views even though it asks for clubs views on how it can be more beneficial to them. The referees website is updated with fixtures on saturdays for the following week. It is the MSL who give them the fixtures yet they cant update their own website.

went out to watch the second half, hall looked to be all over the dale but couldn't find a finish... avondale were missing a couple...cant comment on the first half proceedings..header with 5 mins left won it. new signing, hughy, played with ballincollig last season centre midfield, decent enough...came on n scored. hall were missing strachan up front, he might have made a difference but the dale are tough to braek down and have a fair bit of pace goin forward.

any score in the rockmount--marys game?

Corinthians won 3 1 away to leeds, good win up there, leeds were poor enough , Corinthians looked ok still missing a few.

Passage v Tramore was called off due to a mass brawl, anyone at it??

Douglas Hall 1 (Brian Wilkinson) Blarney Utd. 0 - after extra time.

The 'Hall goal was scored late in the second half of extra time. Blarney had a man send off early in the second half of the game which upset the overall rhythm to an extent. Entertaining match.

Corinthians 1 Passage 1
Good game draw was probably fair result in the end. Corinthians went one up and missed a few chances to make it 2, Passage came back strong and equalised and could have won it.

On a bad note for us Rockmount have signed our keeper,Alot of Rockmount players up their today and confirmed it, Their Manager promised him 1st team football at a higher level!!!
Im all for fellas trying to improve but why do rockmount need 3 keepers??? Is it to weaken others??

great to see mark power back with the club.

So how many keepers do Corinthians have. Bambury played in goal against us in the keane cup and Spicer played in goal against passage yesterday.

But that is typical rockmount.. Sniffing out players.. I bet billy cronnin didnt even know Spicer was playing this year himself, probably got wind of it and pounced.. the fergie of the msl :)

"the fergie of the msl" could think of a few more names!!!

They made their decision based on their faith in their own abillity.
In the last few years the Mount back four have been so strong they hardly needed a keeper.
Having multiple keepers isn't exclusive to Rockmount.

Minty is gone since Saturday to Blarney. He got a very raw deal from the Everton management he nearly left in the summer for Blarney but he,s a togher man born and bred so he wanted to play with pals and then the managers treat him like dirt. Mark my words he will come to haunt them :) !!!!!

I think he is an excellent player. Very surprised to see that. Would have thought he was one of evertons best players. Evertons loss is Blarneys gain. What happened to say he was forced to leave?

They just didnt treat him like he should have. I know he went to Carrigaline for a part of a season but other then thet he,s playing Seniors years with Everton and he had nothing to prove but the management thought otherwise but anyone who knows Everton knows there is politics up there all the time.

Tranfer window is shut!!!
Ben Spicer decided against Rockmount and has stayed with Corinthians, said he never even trained with them and that their manager was constantly phoning him and he went around telling all the rockmount players he had signed for them. Good sign for us that we can hold onto our better players even when the top teams come calling.

I know Ray Leahy is another player who gave stirling service for many a year with Everton and was shafted but surely he,s too old now to be going up there. That leaves Willy Byrnes brother Chris(who is injured all season), Mick Devine and Migsy. My money is on Migsy cause i know Billy Cronin is a big fan(Tapping him up all summer);) All well and good till December 1st now:)
