Yip 2-2 in Carrig park this morning, two teams going hammer and thongs at it. We had plenty of it, but in the end were lucky to get back to 2-2 with a 92 min goal. 0-0 ht, they scored first we got back straight away. Ref gave them a disgraceful pen from our point of view, but they seemed to think our second was offside. Despite 3 players on the goal line.....football eh. Funny old game. We'll fight away to the end but big ask now with games vs the high flying Blarney and Mayfield left.

Midleton 3-2 everton in the O' Connell Cup, evident that both teams were hit by injuries/suspensions with managers from both sides playing., Good fightback from Midleton which saw them emerge as winners having been 2 nil down at half time. 3 second half goals from two 16 year olds.

Leeds have appealed to the MFA about the deduction of 3 points. This could be a big mistake to make as the 4 clubs in question might now get their points as well as Everton. The player in question also played in the Over 35 league which Leeds won. They could also lose that League Title.

Lads the premier is shaping up nicely, virtually everyone has something to play for. Some scrap down the bottom. Hopefully Leeds thing is sorted ASAP so at least clubs will know where they stand.
All to play for up the top to. Avondale still favourites but not the team they were last few seasons which IMO is good for the league.
