Huge opportunity for either d hall or Everton in the morning to put a decent gap between themselves and bottom two after d way results have gone this weekend.

Lots of draws this weekend, would be surprised if there was another one in the morning between d hall and Everton

2more valuable points slipping away at home for cors.looks like they are starting to slip lately .loss to avondale, rockmount and waterford and now a draw with marys .

Seems like the ball is Avondales court now.4 points behind with 3 games in hand.only thing is they do have to play each other twice .if they drop any more i fear it could be over.

big game for everton and the hall esp with teams around them starting to pick up points.
Must be important you had to say it twice :)..Avondale should now go on and win the league easily enough.

Madness in Douglas hall this morning.complete and utter madness!...thought Everton 10 men and all were good value for a point.the Douglas hall left winger Varian was out standing...a constant threat and lightning fast.No alan murphy for Douglas hall.?any one know where he was?

Huge win for d hall this morn, even with a one man disadvantage Everton were good value for a point. Looking at the table I've got a feelin tht 17 points will be the magic number to b safe

Great player but likes the laba on a sunday.over the hill when Alan Murphy went playing wit your club he didn't care he was only playing because his cousin asked him. I have played with him since we were 14 and that year he was playing with ye was the only time he didn't turn up to matches!
Unbelievably talented player

Everton c half clocked his own keeper and got straight red after peno. Madness!! Everton line doesnt help imo. I've seen them a few times and excitable is being kind to them. Great effort from e'ton but hall should have had another definite peno. Think 17 pts will b well safe. Two to go from marys, Everton, fermoy & Mayfield. Still don't think midleton are comfortable yet. Next week is massive...marys v Mayfield, fermoy v hall, mton v Everton.

A lot of negative talk going around the town tonight reference this mornings game in Douglas Hall. I thought Everton were after settling the ship a little bit. This will surely knock them back. Nasty goings on if all is to be believed. They have to be favourites to go down now.

Dont think any of the Byrne boys ever dropped a team mate, way above that. I would be very sorry to see Everton go down. A great club down the years. Many the battle the Mount had with them from Whitechurch to Everton Park and even up the Dyke.

If midelton don't beat Everton Friday night I really think they'll be relegated, how long is it since they won a game? Sitting on 15 points now a long long time

The question is how long can Avondale keep a SQUAD of superstars happy ?? Not much of a club if you look at there junior side, from what I gather seniors are a club within a club

Alan Murphy is Saturday night fever kinda player likes tge disco lights:) I wonder howany games the Everton centre half wilk get for hitting his own player strange one never heard of that before..looking at rockmount team on echo a week or two ago I would struggle to name 4 who would get into Avondale team o Connell maybe hoey o connor buttsy the rest wouldn't get a look on their junior team..Silly point really. What players from any intermediate team would get in to that Dale team. Possibly the best squad assembled in the country in a long time. Ok they made hard work of beating one of the weaker teams left in the cup yesterday but who is going to stop them.

Last game we won was away to Mayfield in Dec , since then lost to ucc Corinthians and Marys ... I agree we not safe yet but surely 3 points more will be enough and hopefully we get it Fri . Have won last 2 cup games playing well at times .Friday should be a cracker both teams looking for then win .

Hi lads.new to this forum but have been following munster senior league along time. I was actually at that everton game and taught the actions of the cb was a disgrace. Nobody wants to see them kind of things happen. On the other hand i taught everton played well with ten men ,they had plenty of the ball but never troubled the hall keeper. I dont think hall will go down but its tough times ahead for everton..massive game friday nite where each team has to win in my opinion.

Just seen this on Corinthians Facebook page!!!

CollegeCorinthians Afc (http://www.facebook.com/collegecorinthians.afc)
Paddy O' Keeffe steps down as Club Senior Manager;

The club has reluctantly accepted Paddy O Keefe's resignation from the position of senior manager at College Corinthians AFC. Paddy has had very demanding work commitments in the last few months which when combined with the huge commitment required to run the senior team meant something had to give.

The club would like to express their sincere thanks to Paddy for the excellent job he has done in the last few years. He has successfully brought the team from Division 1 as champions in his first year in 2010/11, right through to its current standing at the top of the Premier League. In that time Paddy also saw the team land both the Beamish and Keane cups. We would like to wish Paddy all the best in the future and look forward to seeing him up in Corinthians Park again soon.

Paddy was like rafa in the last few weeks of his days managing corinthans, quiet cleary had lost the plot, hence his verbals with the league fixture sec john finnegan , after they were beat by avondale in intermadiate cup...and another with official when they lost to rockmount ,joey gamble was a loss to there chances when limerick kicked bk in to action, fear there season could be in tatters

I wouldn't be a bit surprised as I said if they approached that junior manager, to me would be the stand out choice, now proven at junior level after a few near misses with his previous club, could attract juniors players with him that would be of senior standard anyhow
