I am not sure if I asked here before but in order to win a title winners medal in this country top flight or bottom flight whats the minimum season amount of appearances in either division in order to get a medal?

Listening to GLITW by any chance? They said it was definitely 10 at one point. Think Paddy Kavanagh said similar on LOI weekly maybe recently.

yeah heard interview and was wondering had the rule changed. I have the stats for our season appearances from 2014 when we won the first division title and couldnt determine what players to discount!

I thought the winning club got a set amount of medals (not sure how many) and these were given out as determined by the club. I could be wrong though.

Paddy Kavanagh said he had "played enough games" to get a medal in 2011 so that sounds like there's still a minimum amount of games needed but I think clubs can request extra medals too. Don't think it's as strict as the old days

I think that’s the case in England, they scrapped the minimum number of games and just give a set number of medals to the winning club. Heard of clubs getting more made when there wasn’t enough for the now massive squads. Think Man City gave medals to the coaching staff (which runs to hundreds 😁) last season.

Was reduced to 5 games in England, not sure here. Only 26 games in the FD so 10 is a little on the high side

Pretty sure Sam Verdon won't be getting a league medal with FHFC as he only played one game for us.

I think we've moved to the model whereby the club gets X medals to distribute as they see fit. I seem to remember at the end of season celebrations last season a couple of squad players who'd not played a single league game being brought out to be presented with their league winners medals.
I'm not sure where Sean Gannon is at in this regard.... he played a couple of games for Rovers in 2011 but I think he may not have received an actual physical medal. It's an interesting one for Gannon as he has at least 5 and possibly 6 league winners medals already so is approaching the record.
