Maybe my sample size isn't large enough but I often notice they play Hourihane or McGinn depending on the match. Apologies if this wasn't clear enough for you, Mr. Post Censor.

And I also directly compared McGinn to Hourihane so it perhaps was clear. Not sure wygaf about the post.

There's a tetchiness and hostility that's crept into this forum which I would very much not like to see. My back is often killing me these days, compared to when I first signed up, but you'll never get me taking out my frustration by typing things like "wgaf".
I hope.

Anyway, this is the only forum I still visit every day for well over ten years, and for a good reason. Sensible, intelligent posters who offer interesting insight and info, among other things.

Hourihane's strikes from outside the box are a great thing to have at our disposal. I felt watching him against Georgia that he'd come on a lot this season, in every facet of his game.

Apologies for taking the bait. I concur with all of your points above.

I just assumed this was a Ireland soccer forum not a Scotland forum.

What’s improved in his game is he isn’t playing for that dinosaur anymore and plays for a coach that knows what tactics are.

We are accustomed here to a better class and manner of post than those you are generally speaking providing in your time here thus far, you tend toward one sentence offerings aimed at point scoring or worse still, argument stirring, with little information content, its very unbecoming in truth. This is a very fine institution of the www, after all, and a longstanding one also. Far be it from me to intervene, but have you heard of YBIG ? It would appear more suited to your style, and indeed present level perhaps.

Sorry snowflake, it’s a free country mate I’ll post how I like so long as I don’t attack a poster... just because you are easily offended won’t change that.

That ybig is full of nut cases. It's a depressing forum I dont think most lads on it have much interest in football it's just all anger and nonsense I get enough of that in real life dont need it on a football forum.

no, you won't.
Keep it civil, and drop the text speak, including any acronyms that contain swear words.

And I'm happy with the discussion on McGinn as it is relevant to Hourihane's appearances for Villa.

wgaf about your back. No, in all seriousness, I agree. I've been lurking here for almost half my life. Eek.

Would like to see Hourihane promoted, he's at an age now where he may be able to kick on a little further, which would be great to see.

Yeah it’s kind of an unwritten rule to not be a complete pr!ck to others on this forum.

Imagine it’s a room where lots of people are socialising, perhaps having a cocktail or a glass of well-aged Scotch, talking about their favourite subject: the Irish soccer team.
And then you walk in acting like Conor McGregor. Doesn’t really sit well.

You’re free to do it of course, but you look like a complete pr!ck and nobody takes your opinion seriously as a result.

Yours,
Captain Snowflake ❄️

The kinda fellas who want Delaney out, but loved him a few years ago. All undone by a few scotland tickets.

Now their wishes have come through it could drive the association to the wall.

Yes so to reiterate I’m NOT breaking rules, good to hear. Well that’s a matter of opinion, some will say I’m being a pr!ck whereas others will say I’m making a valid point, simply saying wgaf about a player from some flop nation and therefor will never play for us, what’s happening is essentially spamming which I don’t like so of course questioned it. I personally don’t think I was being a pr!ck so that’s the end of the conversation.

Not sure what's worse. The schooligan levels of aggression, or the dreadful grammar and syntax. Either way, few will mourn your absence - temporary or permanent.
