Fair dues to you Gerrit, you're certainly not a glory hunter.

Mine don't stretch very far:

England: Sheff Wed
Scotland: Raith Rovers (with an interest in Celtic)
Norn Iron: Ards
Spain: Real Betis (only because a fan of theirs swapped his green and white striped jersey for my Irish jersey many years ago at the 0-0 in Seville).

England: Man Utd (yep!), Crewe Alexandra.
France: Racing Strasbourg, FC Mulhouse (currently in CFA 2, equivalent of conference in France)
Germany: SC Freiburg
Switzerland: FC Bale

That's about it really.

Basel, not Bale! One of my best friends is from there, and I used to always get that pointed out to me until I stopped! :)

Anyhoo, Basel make my list for the above reason. Also there...

Italy - Foggia. Remember seeing them draw with AC Milan in the year when AC dropped I think four points all season. Course, I cuold haev gone for AC, but sure that'd have been no fun! :)
Spain - Real Betis. 'Cos when I played in College, my team was called Theyall Betis!
England - Colchester United. Because I felt sorry for them after getting relegated to the Conference in 1989/90 with Mark Kinsella in the team. Also AFC Wimbledon.

I Love:
Shamrock Rovers (greatest club in the world)
I Like:
Celtic (the obvious Irish links)
Napoli (El Diego + mad fans)
Barcelona (més que un club as they say + El Diego)
Boca Juniors (El Diego, again + mental fans)
Panathinaikos (Rovers links,good crest/colors +mad fans)
Cliftonville (Rovers links+nationalist club of belfast)
seen them all bar Boca (unless their under 20 team counts?) and PAO play

as for Hibs being the original Irish team was not Dundee Harps (now United) the original Irish club?im open to correction on that though
as for "AC" Milan.it annoys me when people refer to Milan as "AC". AC is Associazione Calcio-the italian equivalent of Football Club.Fiorentina and Parma both have "AC" before their name.no-one refers to Rovers as FC or to st pats as AFC, likewise no-one should refer to Milan as AC.its simply Milan and Inter, not AC and Inter Milan

Hibernian are the original Irish team in Scotland. They were founded in 1875.
Dundee Harps were founded in 1879. They were actually disbanded in 1906. In 1909 Dundee Hibernian came into being and then became Dundee United in 1923.

Here's a few clubs I look for results from either on the net or in World Soccer.

BRAZIL; Ever since Pele, and Robinho is a good player nowadays.
BULGARIA; Lokomotiv Plovdiv( incorporating Velbazhd Kyustendil..played them in the Intertoto Cup in 2000)
CHILE; Universita Catolica.... A Chilean U.C.D.
GERMANY: Borussia Dortmund...Liked them about 15 years have a souvenir Mug :p
PORTUGAL: Benfica... Eusebio and my Irish favourite women's team are named after them.
ROMANIA: Universitatea Craiova... Obvious reasons
SERBIA/MONTENEGRO... Crvena Zvezda....Since Dragan Dzajic played for Yugoslavia in World Cup 1974 in Germany. Have done the Trophy room tour, next time I am going to see them play in a match.
SPAIN: Deportivo La Coruna... family friends from there. Visited there with Shels last year and bought a souvenir mug :p

England: Coventry City - I was born and bred there, none of this Man Utd, Arsenal, Liverpool rubbish... SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL TEAM!
Scotland: Berwick Rangers - the only English club in the Scottish league.
Portugal: Benfica - they played Coventry City in a friendly, beat us 6-1 and were just walking. Absolutely awesome.
Italy: Inter Milan - been there, they were losing 2-0 from the first leg of a UEFA Cup tie against Aston Villa and they won 3-0 on the night. Amazing stadium.
Poland: Widzew Lodz - saw them beat Liverpool at Anfield, early '80's in front of a baying Kop in the European Cup. Great side.
Germany: Werder Bremen - don't know why really. Oh, I have a match programme and tickets from one of their games, suppose that's why... :)
