Kearns and Mahdy taken off injured?
Seems strange to put out such a decent side in a friendly when you're playing in the Brandy in two days' time.
Did UCD have most of their "first 11 plus 2 subs" on tonight?
As Brendy said, If they did that's crazy considering they are away to Derry on Friday night!

Wasn't there ,but sold out.Debut for 14year old Evan Ferguson.Son of Barry. Some player for his age.
For a moment I was thinking of Iain and started to grumble but realised I had my Fergusons mixed up!

They'd have been training anyway in fairness

Weren't the other cleanups of the tramway end?
Mandriou cleaned up at the shed end.Rovers fans squirming uncomfortably polished the seats.

Well this was from the bohs twitter
Calling all #Bohs fans, some painting and tidying up needed at Dalymount Park ahead of Wednesday's friendly against Chelsea.
check back a few weeks ago and you will find the Tramway end was cleared (before the rovers game I think) before the Chelsea game was even agreed, or continue talking ****e, your call

Jesus, if that doesn’t make a man feel old nothing will. Must have been some buzz for the young lad.

So in other words your statement of "that's the third time that end has been cleaned up in three weeks" was in fact wrong?

Devastating riposte. Think of that while you are watching your team in Europe?
Anyway Wise up! Volunteers have been cleaning Tramway and shed end, and Jodi over the last 4/5 weeks.Weed removal, power hosing seats etc
Unfortunately we don't have tax funded public sector workers to do it for us, as you do.Or is that a deflection too?

Half time and no analysis, you expect people to watch the ads and not look at their computer/phone or something?
Wise up, they didn't touch the shed until the Chelsea game was announced, should have been done before the season started.
You say that as if you own your ground....
Why won't the council help I wonder?

If only we had a rich sugar daddy developer like Pats have, then we could have the wonderful season you are enjoying :D and maybe even a wonderful stadium like Richmond Park.

Kelleher owns it. Which is why it will end up as houses/apartments when Pats are playing in the SDCC Stadium 😁

You're a sensitive soul, who are we lecturing about their ground?
And if Kelleher owned Richmond it would already be apartments by now :)

I'm still saying that north Dublin county council stadium is closer to inchicore so pats should play in NDCC stadium

It’s called Dalymount, has been since Bohs moved there. The renovated stadium will still be called Dalymount 😁
And it’s in Dublin CITY. Unlike shams we are a Dublin city team.
Other than that you were spot on 😆

i see the shed end in dalymount has got a bit of a makeover for tonights friendly over the weekend. this sort of sh1te annoys me so much. so if Chelsea were not coming to town would they have bothered to clean it up? probably not. it was volunteers as it happens which is great but like i say if finn harps were coming the dump of a shed would be fine?
They got a hape of money for it. Far be it from me to defend the Bozos, but it worked out for them.

Nope STILL Dalymount 😁 and will continue to be.
But I suppose for someone claiming shams is still the same club as the one that died in the noughties, imaginary stadium names are a doddle 😁

The " Pat Grace Kentucky fried chicken stadium" has a nice ring to it :)

In fairness Kelleher has had ten years to do that if that was his plan. On the other hand I we had a fraction of the co-operation from the City Council as Bohs have had there is the St Michaels proposal still on the table.

Not sure where we stand with the new council, SF were huge opponents to our plans and they got wiped out. The whole St. Michaels project seems to be back on ice for the foreseeable future.

It was never realistic, no DCC support no FAI support (meaning no Sports Council money). Nice idea but never happening and with the need for housing increasing it probably never will.
Wouldn’t hold my breath on the Dalymount project being completed any time soon and that has “full support” of everyone.

Nope. Tolka will be confined to history, just like Milltown 😁
