The FAI have agreed to investigate any information provided by Shelbourne on the Paul Marney registration issue after a National Council meeting.Shelbourne had been requested on serveral occassions to provide such information but as yet have not. Shels then sought redress through the courts. Mr Justice O'Sullivan commented on a lack of clarity concerning the relationship between the rules of the Eircom League and FAI. Both set of rules are now under review and the FAI now acknowlege Shelbourne's position on clarity of the Eircom League rules.
