yay! I predicted us to beat Bohs two nil so I am happy
Anyone else go for us to draw 0-0 in Cork? Or even to draw?! :p
My head's spinning after that thread - got a strange sense of deja vu for some reason! :D

Derry are having a great start to the season .
Never thought i would be dissapointed with drawing with shels :p Both sides could have won it, ref was poor.

Strange results tonite I thought! like for UCD to get a point! I predicted a comfy 2-0 win for Cork and for Shels to prove too strong for Derry in a 1-2 win!! I also predicted a 1-1 between Bray and Drogs! came nicely close :o !!! Longford however shocked me the most out of all the games tonite! a comfy 2-0 over Scumrock was a bit surprising! I thought a 1-1 seemed more realistic!!! I really thought Finn Harps would take away a point at Inchicore...and how wrong was I once again  ahhh well......I enjoyed keeping an eye on tonites game :D always fun fun for me! and for all of us :D

Good result for Longford to carry the momentum from their win against Linfield but it goes from bad to worse for Roddys Rovers. Bohs shambolic form continues away to an on form Waterford side, Bohs will be lucky to finish mid table the way things are going. Cork lose yet more points at home in the league against a promoted side and UCD again prove very difficult to beat for a title challenger. Pats will be delighted with the win over Harps but for Harps it was important to carry the momentum of their first league point and at least get a draw in Inchicore, but it wasn't to be.
Poor result for the Drogs, Bray are bang on form though, but in the lead twice and threw it away twice. Shels the first team to take points off Derry this season and both sides will be relatively happy with a point, but it all means Waterford go top of the league by a point.
Good round up there chief !! :)

What ?
Bray were by far the better side tonight ! We were very unlucky not to take all 3 points. We gifted them both goals.
It's normally Bray doing the last ditch defending with 11 men behind the ball, but i reckon for 70 minutes of the game Drogs were pinned inside there own half and box ! For most of the match Bray outclassed Drogs, but they have a smashing backline, very solid !

We played very well tonight but should have scored more, 4-0 wouldn't have been too flattering. That has to be the worst Rovers team I've ever seen though, no heart or fight about them whatsoever, Digger made one save all game. Keep playing like that and there's a long battle ahead for them.

Down to 11th after that result. We can't pass the ball, can't defend, can't take free-kicks, nor get a shot on target either. However, Baker was at least 5 yards+ offside for the second goal. A fitting performance really, coming on the 18th anniversary of LK selling Milltown. Just as well, that there were no tv cameras there. In a word, Awful.

The Dublin dominance has ended me thinks. Could be only 1 Dub team in the top 3 this year.
No harm either.

Didn't think he was off side but he may have been, if he was it wasn't five yards though, he was in front of where we were. I thought he was going to miss it but one of Rovers' defenders gave it a helping hand into the net.

Were there really no cameras in Dalymount ? None in Inchicore either. What the hell are TV3 at. Six games and they can't manage to cover them all. (And BBC or UTV provide pictures of the Derry games I'm sure) Were there cameras at Waterford and Bray ? I'm assuming there were in Cork ?

Bray had a camera gantry set up and TV3 sent camera's out to the game, first time the Carlisle has been on TV3 in ages. Trevor Welch from TV3 was there as well, second time I've seen him at the carlisle- he liked it enough to come back, closet Bray fan :D

Do't think he's a shels fan after the chants aimed at him at the end of last season when we played bohs in tolka.
Just a bit of fun that he took in the right context.fair play to him,Top man.

Baker was miles offside for the second goal. How the lino let him run through, I don't know. That was the worst decision from a lino I've seen, since Mick Moody scored for Pats against us at H. Cross in 1990 after a long goal kick. 2 Pats players were offside then. I thought he had hit the side netting with the shot, but in fact Gough tapped it in for them. :( No, there were no cameras at Dalyer at the weekend. Just as well, as the game was terrible.
