According to the club's website, Brian O'Sullivan has been appointed the new manager for the 2019 season, with former Wexford & Waterford player, David Breen, as first-team coach. Best of luck to them!

Second player to be confirmed on the club's website is Danny Doyle. Ross Kenny and Dean George are confirmed to have left with Dean having signed for Athlone.

Wexford FC have confirmed friendlies against St. Pats in IT Carlow on Saturday, 12 January and against Waterford in the RSC on 19 January. Owen McCormack has also signed again for 2019.

Marty, Sean Kelly played for us in the first pre-season match against Pats but wasn't there last week against Waterford. As of now, I'm assuming he'll be playing for Wexford again this season but he hasn't been officially announced yet.

Wexford have signed Ricky Fox from Shamrock Rovers (Enniscorthy) and John Peare from Moyne. Both have played with Wexford before.

Wexford have signed Andy Mulligan according to the club's website. He was with us before and is just finishing recovery from an ACL. Conor Sutton has also re-signed and played against Limerick last night.

Marty, haven't heard of any specific reason why Danny has gone, but he was substituted in the last home league match and then didn't travel to Derry for the FAI Cup game.
