New eL 'company'

I see some story on JWs site about rumours of a new limited company to run the league. Apparently some club chairmen (including Mr Duncan from Longfords Town) have drawn up a plan for a limited company complete with Executive Manager, Administrator & Marketing Staff etc... to run the league. Its been 'presented' to the league soon.....

I wonder why they'd want to break from the FAI now?

Because soccer in Ireland needs to be properly commercialised if it's ever to actually get anywhere? Because the FAI is unable to do this, since the League is just a pleasant aside to international fixtures for them?
