Finn Harps ran out 1-0 winners over Cork City in the Mark Farren Cup final played today in Finn Park.

Horrible weather conditions, but both sides played out a good game of football in front of around 400 people.

An 87th minute penalty from Harps captain Darragh Ellison separated the sides.

Kerry District League into the final, knocked out Cork City last night.
This would definitely be classed as a shock I think?

Anybody any information on why Bohs are in the Semi-Final against Bray when Pats beat Bohs 2-0 in the QF?

I can't find anything on line.

Small bounce, later information: Pats played an ineligible player and the tie was awarded to Bohs. Then Bohs and Bray couldn't agree a date (international call-ups got in the way, for one thing) and the League awarded that tie to Bohs as well.

Almost as bad as the tangle over the Junior Cup ...
