Right ... what is the sceal here ?? Who is seriously in the running and who is the most likely to get the position ??

Id like to see it given to Ashton. More then likely he'll get the position aswell!

I'd would hate him to get it .... we need to have good people at all levels throught the club, Stewie is doing a great job where he is and another few years there would really give him good experience. Aswell as that ... the U21s are winning all round them, need to get them used to that feeling before the get to the senior team !! :D :p

On the Big Red Bench tonight, Rico said the position would need to be full time and he was in discussion with someone on filling the role fulltime.

He said he would have an answer within the next 3-4 days.
