View Full Version : Players arrival
We are some Irish supporters who live in Israel, want to wait to the players in airport when they arrive for wishing a good luck!
Does someone know date/time (and/or flight number) of their arrival to Ben Gurion airport?
Thank you!
BTW, I have purchased tickets for gates 17-18.

No idea Eldad, assume it will be at some stage on thursday?
Kerr will keep it as low profile as possible anyway

It is impossible here...
On matchday (& a few days before) the whole country speaks about it and many photographer will wait in the airport.

Their arrival will be kept fairly hush hush, for security purposes. Shouldn't imagine they'll want it posted up here. Just go to the stadium and cheer them on. :D
Don't know about that!
They leave Dublin Airport at 14:45 on Wednesday and will train at Blumfield Stadium, Tel Aviv. (Open for last 15 minutes at 11.15hrs approx).
Not much hush hush there

What kind of sign do you recommend us to prepare?
I thought about Cead Mile Failte... or what is GOOD LUCK in Irish?
www.englishirishdictionary.com wrote to me "ádh mór ort!" but I am not sure it is correct...

"ádh mór oraibh" is good luck plural. The more customary thing would be 'go n-eiri libh', which means the same thing - wishing them success! (there should be a fada on the E and second I there...)

Yeh - it would be nice to see the aul foot.ie get a mention. I'd go with 'Foot.ie - Israeli Branch'
