Echo tonight says Jamie Nolan has been promoted from the U-17's to the Senior squad for the rest of the season.

Who is this Nolan fella, where does he play, what's his style etc?

He's a striker and has been knocking them in fairly regularly for the Youths this season

I think it's kind of unfair, and also very risky bringing fellas that young into the senior team. CPOB is showing signs of a dip in confidence already. All in the name of the Board saving a few bob.

Jamies a handy enough player......Scored 5 goals recently against Avondale United...He was also one of three city u-17s players which were included in the irish schools squad in ballybofey during the week...the other two being eddie o'driscoll and mickey buckley...unfortunetly the match was called off due to the weather!

I'm guessing this Nolan guy will just train with the first team now?

What happened to Welsh? Hasn't even seen the bench this season.
