We have our fair share of U-21's getting first team football now. This is the team that played against Switzerland:

Henderson - Has been switching goals with Deeney (also an Ireland U-21) on loan and Notts County
Kelly - First choice right back at Spurs
Capper - Was first choice in the conference but now has no club afaik
(Thornton) - In and out of the Sunderland team
Fitzgerald - First choice at Bury
McCarthy - Started yesterday for Leicester, only recently joined them
Whelan - First choice central midfielder at Wednesday
McGeady - Celtic first team
Potter - getting his fair share of sub appearances at Liverpool
Elliott - First team at Sunderland
Doyle - First team at Cork
(Tabb) - First at Brentford
Kearney - First team at Cork
(Flood) - Has played a few games for Man City

Its getting to the stage that if you aren't playing first team football you won't be in the team. :)

Have a look at the above sticky thread to see how Fitzgerald is getting on btw.
