Uploading images

Is there a problem with uploading images to posts? Or am i doing something wrong

I keep getting an error saying

I can't upload pics on here anymore BC it says the image is too big. Even if it's a small little google image. Which is probably for the better.

I've raised the limit now. Currently resizing thumbs to a larger size.
