Charlie Burns gone back to England so if Winn is on the PFAI list, we don’t have a keeper. I expect us to move to bring Horgan back from Shams. And hope we do as well, 1 clean sheet for us in league all season

Tomer keeping eight clean sheets is the stat that amazes me.

Kevin Horgan would benefit his development through playing regularly, no doubt he is an upcoming young keeper however sitting on the bench at Rovers wont do a whole lot for his progression. A move back to Galway is a win for the club and the player all round. No offence or disrespect to Connor Winn but for a big lad he doesn't dominate his six yard box, tends to parry shots instead of catching (good shot stopper). Galway's achilles heal was too many draws and lack of clean sheets that led to the clubs relegation.

The oracle that is the Airtricity League Banter Page have announced breaking news that several clubs will be announcing players over the next two weeks.
Incredible stuff.

Of course rumours from the banter page will always be put out - Cabo have signed a young established LOI premier league keeper although not announced yet, was signed last Saturday and has a history with Pat Devlin at Bray
Lee Stacey was associated with Cabo but Shels was always his destination, can only presume he will be backup to Dean Delaney
Stephen McGuinness teams up with Pat Devlin again this time with Cabinteely - few people surprised that he has chosen to stay in the first division - good signing for Cabo may have to do with him living in Wicklow
Kevin Horgan renews with Shamrock Rovers interesting decision as appears Tomer C will be first choice again this season, full time football may be the lure and a long term future
Niall Corbett signs for Waterford - 6yrs at UCD coming through the ranks of the U19 - First Div GK of the year 2017
Brian Maher signs for St. Patrick's Ath the youngster is highly rated and will develop further at Pats having previous first team squad experience at the club last season

piece about him in the irish sun today!
Brian Murphy remains at Richmond Park Inchicore, great signing for another season at Pat's, was unlucky with the shoulder injury last season and I feel it cost Pat's dearly. A fully fit Murphy is a major asset to the club!
Still a few of last seasons LOI keepers appear to be unassigned, any information/corrections out there are very welcome?

Ciaran Gallagher
Connor Winn
Eric Grimes

Lukasz Skowron
Paul Skinner (retired??????)

I never saw it anywhere, he said his goodbyes to Longford on there but never announced retirement as far as I could see anyway. Wouldn’t surprise me if he rocked up at a fD club yet

True apologies Barry and thanks for the clarification! I reckon a look at the stats for that
Brian Murphy - 140 Games Played (of which 68 were in LOI - 2 x Champions L Quals)
Barry Murphy - 192 Games Played (all LOI - 2 x Champions L Quals & 2 x Europa L Quals)

Paul Skinner played for the PFA team tonight v Home Farm so appears to be available
Paul Skinner signs for Drogheda Utd / Ciaran Gallagher remains at Finn Harps, another two good keepers - the standard of goalkeepers in the first division this season will be high when you reflect on the keepers there this season
