Looks like an important win for Galway,on what is one of the wettest nights imaginable here in the West. still plenty to go, but as bad as we have struggled for goals at times this season, Drogheda have found it even harder.

Another terrific performance by a revitalised Saints side. A lot of good performances tonight Conan was class as was Dennehy & Brennan. The ref Doyle had a nightmare. Things are looking up.

Yeah another enjoyable game at Richmond which is amazing considering the season we're having. Brennan and Balk making a huge difference, Billy Dennehy has had two good games in a row now...

Hey, feel sorry no more. Thought we were very unlucky to go in at half time losing the game. We were terrific and 3-1 didn't flatter at all. Signing Killian Brennan has been a master stroke by Bucko. To play the way he wants you need to have someone willing and able to receive the ball in the middle -and Brennan has been that player in the last couple of games. With him and Conan Byrne tonight it was almost like turning the clock back to 2013. Looking forward to Garvan coming into the team too. He looked composed on the ball in the friendly against Hearts.

Finally looks like we've turned a corner. Lot more belief about the team (and the support) now.

Poor stuff all round.Derry took their chance, Bohs huffed and puffed and Derry players fell down in faux pain and agony.
They had the measure of the Ref.Hennessy?.Awful.

Hennessy is easily the worst official in the Premier Division. He's woeful.

Great hat-trick from Gavin Hoolihan settled the game at Terrryland. 2nd goal was a particularly good strike. Bit disappointing to not move out of the relegation zone after picking up 6 pts from last two games, but the time to be out of bottom 3 is at end of the season, so hope still there. Derry can do us a favor on Monday night and looking at table maybe Bohs are not secure yet.

Worth noting that Cork are already mathematically guaranteed a top-half finish. They could guarantee European football next weekend.

Can't say I agree with your comments about Derry players. Bohs played quite a physical game, especially in the second half. Aaron Barry got an awful elbow from Akinade, Barry McNamee got a hard time too.
Our players stood up to the physicality, something we haven't been doing recently, but it left us getting three yellows and a red.

Some refereeing decisions were wrong, but I didn't think it was a noticeably poor performance from the officials.

First half was decent to watch, second half not so much. Derry certainly set-up to just grind out a draw, the goal was a bonus just.
Bohs were ok, but just didn't create any real chances. I think they'll stay up, but will need to be careful they don't get caught by Harps and Pat's.
Great win for us now, we needed it after losing in Inchicore last week, and with Harps away on Monday. Back up to third now, though Shams have a game in hand.

The Ref allowed players to blatantly walk the wall over his sprayed line and allowed some dreadful challenges without intervening in the first half. He had completely lost control in the second. I suspect that you may have been further away than Hennessy when he booked Akinade. It was a trailing hand not an elbow despite the theatrical falling on the ground and simulated elbow signs from the Derry players as they gathered arounf the ref.
Didnt thing it was a red card either but it looked like Hennessy decided to even it up,`a total of eight cards I think?
Derry deserved the win anyway.

I have a fancy that they'll qualify for Europe alright

They'll win the league obviously.

But to have mathematically qualified for Europe with a third of the season still to go - before the first round of the Cup even - is some feat.

Brutal first half in Limerick, quite entertaining second half.

Limerick were doing more pressing but Sligo fancied their chances of nicking one too.

We gradually got more control of the game, and after Cretaro was sent off, it was all us for the last few minutes, but we couldn't find a goal.

Great well deserved win. Bradley has done a great job considering the number of new players introduced this season. Our form since the first round of games has been very good. Already looking forward to next season which is a bit sad really :) really good performance today one of the best of the season.

Credit where credit is due - Rovers fully deserved their win.

They were full of energy when pressing Dundalk high up the pitch and forcing errors.

Excellent display by Graham Burke.

Gamesmanship, time wasting from first half and sideline antics from Rovers entourage were irritating - but then I suppose that was the intention!

With Bray slipping into 5th place with an extra game played I wonder will the mystery money man have second thoughts.

Dreadful stuff by Dundalk yesterday, awful to watch and even a draw would have probably have flattered us. Rovers keeper made one save in 90 minutes, and that was in the first min. These guys need to really lift themselves, and quickly, still plenty to play for in the final 3 months.
