Hopefully a good game in Buncrana tomorrow night both teams badly hit with injuries, Harp's got an allocation of 200 tickets but likely be double that or more at it

I'm a serial pessimist, but do think we'll get our first win of the season on Friday night

Six pointer in Galway a must win game.
I fancy Bohs to halt Corks winning streak tonight.

On paper this is our simplest game of the year, Bohs form and injuries give us a huge advantage. Football is odd though sometimes.

Bray at 7-1 vs Dundalk looks very generous. I would have Dundalk as fav but not at those odds.

I'd say it'll be easily double that. O'Flaherty's in Buncrana got 300 tickets at midday on Saturday and they were gone by 3 o'clock.
Should be tasty enough on the pitch. You know Paddy McCourt is going to be mad to score to rub it into Shiels. The Derry lads probably still feel they owe Harps a defeat after last year's home match too.
Donegal derby day, how to whack!

Can you still stream games for free on 1xbet? I'm using mobile version for Bohs match but when I hit play, nothing is happening.

Substitute BJ Banda puts Finn Harps 1-0 ahead in stoppage time at the end of the first half in Buncrana.
An incredible goal from Sheppard to put us 1 up. Volley from outside the box into the top corner. He's in the form of his life right now.
Two penalties for Bray vs Dundalk. Hahahahaha. Kenny will lose it.

2 penalties given against dundalk tonight, that will teach Stephen Kenny. The ref advantage/benefit in the LoI is crucial, and is often ignored. but can be worth an extra 10% at least if your club has it. Do folk believe it evens itself out, over season? (my own view is it does not, but changes clubs over seasons).

Funston puts Harps 2-0 up against Derry with just under ten minutes to go.
A very mediocre performance but 2-0 up. I'll take that!

Surprised by dundalks result, even though bray are going well this year.
Did not expect to be 9 clear at this point but definitely happy to be so.
Very tough for derry after what happened, they had a strong start but it's fallen to pieces now.

Only one team looked like winning tonight. Paddy McCourt different class.

Great result for Harps and 11 points so far is a great return for the first series of games with 2 games still to play. We would have took that at the start of the season.
Derry losing McBride was a huge blow to them both on the pitch and mentally. It was always going to be a tough battle after that but then losing Patterson and McNamee on top of that to injury it was going to be much tougher.
I was worried once we had lost all our main strikers to injury lately but Banda coming back into the scene has definitely helped.
We'll look forward to the Drogheda match now next week.

Finally a peno for Galway after 70 odd games. Vital point as well, as it keeps us in touch. Long way to go and set plays will really be important this year.

We equalised with our first peno in 72 games - last one (two actually) was in 5-3 win over Bohs in May 2015

For me personally, hope has gone from qualifying for Europe to just staying up.
We're in bits. That was dreadful tonight. Harps entirely worth the win. It was a worse performance than in Cork last week, and it's deeply worrying.

Goal, Assist and MOTM performance from BJ Banda tonight, Harp's first ever league win away to Derry

Lacklustre performance from us tonight. Only played well in patches and there was a point in the 1st where we just needed to turn the screw on bray and they would of crumbled. Lack of a killer ball to davie mc.
9 points is a huge gap and the gd is alot too. It's not over but there is an awful lot of work to do to get back into contention. Literally no more slip ups especially since everyone else is rolling over for Cork

So 6 points behind second place and 24 games to go. So either we are still in this or the league is over?

What a bloody awful ground Maginn Park is. Finn Park is bad, but that place really takes the biscuit.
Great win for Harps though. Derry all over the place. Could have been much more if Harps had the correct shooting boots on.

Half-time came to soon for us,we had Bray in our pockets in the 20 mins leading up to break.Absolutely Battering them. The team that was doing that never came back out 2nd half and we had no chance with McKell running the show.Bray shaded it.We've lost our mojo somewhat.

Funnily enough that 13 comment was wrong. We've had 13 since the start of last season in all competitions (3 in Europe - just the one so far this season). But they have had 3 (one in Europe, one in the FAI Cup Semi in Derry).
Oh Well.
We actually had a couple of penalty shouts tonight. One in front of us where the keeper clattered Shep. Friend of mine said keeper got the ball, the rest of us thought it was a bang on pen. There was one down the far end in the second half that looked like a pen to us, but we're giving the ref the benefit of the doubt. Good thing is our two pens there went to Bray so thats fine!
We weren't great tonight. Seanie was a bit off the pace, twice in teh first half he had moments where even last week hed have reacted quicker and been through, but he just wasn't quite there. Could be complacency, could be just an off night. The two centre halfs gave him a a tough night tonight, the number 6 in particular was especially quick and beat him for pace a few times.
All that said though, he still popped up and created our second goal. For a one man team we're spreading the goals around. Shep has 6 (I think) and Bucks 4?

Delighted to see shep scoring a few goals. Was one of my favourite players when he was at rovers. Always felt he was a little unlucky and should have scored a lot more.

Horrible hoop alrigh.Always will be.t.
Decided to ignore the Cork fans and taunted the Bohs fans in celebrating what was a good goal.
Game performance from our under19"s.; Cork ordinary enough.A team with a striker would have taken at leat two of the chances against them.

Two crap sides in terryland (old money) the draw was a fair result but both teams are well in the relegation mire this season.

Good win for the Hoops last night, on an emotive occasion.
Once Sligo were reduced to 10 we controlled the game. Rovers weren't facing a Ryan McBride (RIP)who could marshall his 10 man team to victory only a month ago.
2nd half Rovers stepped it up and could conceivably have scored 6 but for shlingerman.
Onwards to the game against the bozos.
Nice one Gary McCabe!

Good win for Waterford in an entertaining game at the RSC last night. There's been some questions raised about Athlone lately but they gave it everything last night. Their keeper who looks like a character pulled off some great saves and even went up for a free kick right at the end but got injured challenging the Waterford keeper for a high ball and got taken off and got a deserved round of applause from home fans. Mark O'Sullivan has been a great signing and could have had 4 last night but was denied by some good saves. 1932 at the game which must be our biggest crowd at a regular league games in many years.

While you can never rule anything out in football, and not just the result, but taking Dundalk's overall performance into account, I wound rate the league title chances as very slim now. Over two full series to go and plenty of points to play for, but we are just not performing consistently enough and nowhere near good enough at the minute to challenge Cork.
Bray were decent, quite strong, surprised by how good they were, def a penalty for the first one, the second one looked ridiculous though, in saying that even if they hadn't have got the 2nd pen, I think they still would have won. We didn't threaten enough, overall quite lacklustre display really.
